Mr. Rama Rao is the Chief Executive Officer of Gagellan Global Solutions, a global IT professional services company specializing in Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation for the Financial Services and Institutional Banking sectors. In addition to chairing the board of directors, Mr. Rama is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and engaging with clients, employees, investors, and stakeholders. He serves as Gagellan’s principal decision-maker and policy architect, setting the tone for the organization’s values, ethics, and innovation-driven culture.
With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Rama has held key leadership roles in major global organizations such as HP, Dell, Razer, Citi, SingTel, Apple Inc and Westpac, driving transformation and growth across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Before becoming CEO in September 2016, he served as the Business Director of Gagellan in Singapore, overseeing Banking & Financial Services, Capital Markets, Risk Management, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce programs for top-tier clients.
